1. Safety Policy
Mandatory Safety Briefing
All participants must attend a pre-activity safety briefing conducted by a certified instructor.
Protective Gear
Wearing helmets, harnesses, and any other protective equipment provided is mandatory.
Fitness Requirements
Participants must disclose any medical conditions (e.g., heart problems, epilepsy, respiratory issues) before booking. We reserve the right to decline participation if deemed unsafe.
Compliance with Instructions
Participants must follow the instructions of instructors and ground crew at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the activity.
Weather Conditions
Activities are subject to weather and environmental and governing conditions. The company reserves the right to postpone or cancel activities for safety reasons.
Age & Weight Restrictions
Only individuals who meet the minimum age, weight, and health requirements (specified per activity) will be allowed to participate.
Alcohol & Drugs
Strictly prohibited before or during activities. Anyone under the influence will be denied participation without refund.
2. Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the activity: 100% refund.
Cancellations made 2–6 days before the activity: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity: No refund.
Company Cancellations (Weather/Technical/Safety/Administrative Reasons)
Customers will be offered a rescheduled date at no extra cost.
If rescheduling is not possible, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
No-shows
Failure to arrive on time will result in no refund.
Partially Completed Activities
If an activity is cut short due to unforeseen safety concerns, participants will be eligible for a partial refund or credit voucher, depending on the situation.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Jurisdiction Clause
Disputes arising under this agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
