Last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refunds

🌤️ Company Cancellations

When we need to cancel activities due to circumstances beyond our control:

  • Weather Conditions: Unsafe weather conditions (storms, heavy rain, strong winds)
  • Technical Issues: Equipment malfunction or safety concerns
  • Safety Reasons: Any situation that compromises participant safety
  • Administrative Reasons: Government regulations

📅 Your Options:

  • • Reschedule to another available date at no extra cost
  • • Full 100% refund if rescheduling is not possible
  • • Credit voucher valid for 12 months

⏰ No-Shows and Late Arrivals

  • No-Shows: Failure to arrive results in no refund
  • Late Arrivals: Activities may proceed without late participants
  • Grace Period: 15-minute grace period, after which activity may start
  • Communication: Contact us immediately if you're running late
  • Alternative Options: Subject to availability and supervisor discretion

⚡ Partial Activity Completion

If an activity is cut short due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • Safety Concerns: Immediate termination for participant safety
  • Partial Refund: Calculated based on activity completion percentage
  • Credit Voucher: Alternative to partial refund, valid for 12 months
  • Participant Behavior: No refund for removal due to rule violations

💳 Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: 7-10 business days for refund processing
  • Refund Method: Same payment method used for original booking
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days for bank processing
  • UPI Refunds: Typically processed within 24-48 hours
  • International Cards: May take up to 15 business days

🎫 Special Circumstances

  • Medical Emergencies: Medical certificate required for consideration
  • Group Bookings: Different terms may apply for groups of 10+ people
  • Package Deals: Partial cancellations subject to recalculated pricing
  • Peak Season: Stricter cancellation terms during peak periods
  • Gift Vouchers: Non-refundable but transferable to others
